Title:
Acoustic Design Engineer 声学设计工程师
Location:
Tianjin
Reporting to:
R&D Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

Ø
Analyze and optimize compressor components such as muffler and shell to get better acoustic performance with FEM, BEM, considering flow loss;

Ø
Support other engineer from acoustic point of view to be sure the new design will not influence noise too much;

Ø
Mechanical dynamic analyze of compressor to make better counter weight for rotor to lower balance amplitude;

Ø
Follow the prototype of new design up to Engineer release;

Ø
Monitor product and analyze high noise compressor, trying to collect information about influence of critical parameter on noise;

Ø
Build up test bench or set up test to verify the solution;

Requirements:

Ø
Master or above in Acoustic or Mechanical area, relevant courses on: Mechanic Vibration Theory; Acoustic or related; FEM or BEM;

Ø
Proficient in use of Acoustic software (SYSNOISE, EASYNOISE, AUTOSEA,…Others)

Ø
Good communication in English.

Ø
Good team work capability;

Preferential requirements:

Ø
Knowledge in the use of 3D CAD, preferable Catia;

Ø
Knowledge in the use of ANSYS;

Ø
Knowledge in DSP;

I think this position is what I expect, but location is not suit for me. Shanghai would be quite good!
