请教用VOF模拟非恒定自由面的问题

我在用VOF模拟自由水面非恒定过程时，FLUENT刚计算了几步，就出现下面的出错提示，该怎么办啊！！急！！！
Updating solution at time level N...
Error: Too many  (2852500541) VOF sub-timesteps. The velocity
field is probably diverging. Please check the solution,
and reduce the time-step if necessary.

你的时间 步长是多少啊？
减小了就好了，不过有可能到最后还是会出错的！

采用VOF模型的时候，每个时间步会分为若干sub-timesteps用以捕捉VOF
这要求网格密度和时间步长相协调，如果网格比较密而时间不长又较大的话，那么子步数就会很大，从而造成这一错误

试着调整网格密度，或者改变时间步长看看

vof模型网格太密了也容易发散，除非时间步长特别的小，这是我计算得出经验。不知道为什么？
