20g 的随机加速度有做振动分析吗
振动试验的加速度如有达到20G 的加速度,一般都是做产品或结构的破坏性试验或是激发试验。
一般是电子元件或器件的振动试验,
汽车电器产品如安装部位在发动机上,振动试验的加速度也会达到20G或更高有到30G,
不同的产品的随机振动的控制谱形有所差别。以下试验标准可供参考。

MIL-STD-883G 2007.3(正弦振动试验条件)
Range: 20Hz~2000Hz, be varied logarithmically
Amplitude: 1.52 mm (0.060 inch) maximum total excursion (+10 percent,
-10 percent)
Acceleration: maximum acceleration A-20g (+20%, -0 %).
Sweep time: 20Hz~2000Hz~20Hz in approximately 4 minutes
Test duration: 4cycles per axis, total 48 minutes.

Test Condition I:
Range: 10Hz~55Hz, be varied uniformity
Amplitude: 1.52 mm (0.060 inch) maximum total excursion (+10 percent,
-10 percent)
Sweep time: 10Hz~55Hz~10Hz in approximately 1 minutes
Test duration: 120 cycles/axle, total 60 minutes.
Test Condition IV:
Range: 10Hz~2000Hz,
10Hz~55Hz, be varied uniformity;
55 Hz~2000Hz be varied logarithmically
Amplitude: 1.52 mm (0.060 inch) maximum total excursion (+20%, -0 %).
Acceleration: 20G maximum acceleration (+20%, -0 %).
Sweep time: 10Hz~2000Hz~10Hz in approximately 20 minutes,
Test duration: 12cycles per axis, total 720 minutes.
