楼主这是做气缸计算吗?问题没有看明白,迭代过程一直报告viscosity ratio 超标,可能网格、边界条件、初场给定得不好,可能需要调整下。至于密度显示表明,没有太大变化,是不是迭代步数太少,还没有出现密度太大改变?!继续多迭代些步数再看看。

总觉得模型有问题,模型中好像不存在产生压力梯度的因素

这是 汽油机活塞在下止点,气门在最大开度时,歧管-进气道-气缸 气流模拟模型。
就是想看看长歧管对缸内气流的影响。
边界条件不会设置,比照别人的论文大体设置的:
solver 选择分离式
打开能量方程
粘性模型选择k-e 双方程
都是默认设置
边界条件:
压力入口:下图示
其余都是壁面, 气缸壁面温度 450,歧管壁面温度330
其他的都是默认设置

你这设置压力进口了?总压静压都是0?再者,你看看你的结果,密度都没变化的,肯定设置错了
