Hmmmm.....this is well known problem related with hardwareacceleration. I suppose that you have allready set off the hardware acceleration in the graphicsConfig.env file. If you have not allready do it just open the file and set
the line
hardwareAcceleration=OFF
Your last move is to turn also OFF your hardware acceleration from the Display Properties. Go to your Desktop
right click to open display properties. Click fromSettings tab Advanced. Choose Troubleshooting and set hardware Acceleration to none. I hope this will resolve your problem.
